Sean Cole is an Inspector in the San Francisco Police Department. His wife, Julia, was murdered in their home a year ago and Cole took a leave of absence to try to find her killer(s). The trail was cold and he returned to work, though he hasn't given up his quest. His garage is full of evidence and clippings regarding Julia's death. Someone in the department knows something, he's sure of it. And he won't stop until he discovers the truth.
